Dr. R. Jay Shetlin

Dr. Jay Shetlin has spent the last 20 years studying, testing, and applying the characteristics, habits and life patterns of outstanding individuals to formulate his “Techniques for Advanced Living” discussed within his cornerstone book, “Solving the Health and Wealth Conundrum.”

A pupil of world cultures and cuisines, Dr. Shetlin has combined his skills as a physician, personal trainer and nutrition specialist, to educate the masses on increasing their health, healing and longevity through natural and cost effective means…even profitable means when applying simple health savings / wealth building principles he teaches are practiced.

Dr. Shetlin take the word “doctor” seriously as translated from Latin, to mean “teacher” or “educator.”  He does not believe in the ‘old’ doctor model of, “do as I say, not as I do.”  On the contrary, he promotes the practice of, “Let me teach by example and educate with humor and clarity.”
